Nikita Shah obtained her M.P.S. in Clinical Psychological Science from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2021. Before earning her degree, Nikita gained both clinical and research experience working with children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental and behavioral disorders at sites such as Children’s National Hospital and George Washington University. One of the primary projects Nikita assisted with during her Masters focused on working with local underserved communities to provide comprehensive and empirically-based assessment and treatment to parents and children diagnosed with ADHD. At that time, Nikita became passionate about the assessment process, and became interested in collaborating with families and neuropsychologists to help children across all backgrounds feel understood and supported.
When Nikita is not in the office, she enjoys cooking, taking long walks, and trying local restaurants in the D.C. area.
