Mosaic

Mosaic evaluations are designed for parents who question whether a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) fits their child (4-16 years old). We provide a unique opportunity for each child to learn more about their strengths and challenges through an interactive feedback process, and prepare a concise and clear report that details our findings and recommendations.

If your child is currently undergoing a neuropsychological evaluation with us or has been evaluated by another psychologist in the past year, Mosaic adds the following specialized services (approximately 4 hours):

  • A structured developmental interview

  • Consultation with other professionals who know your child well

  • A play-based assessment of your child (e.g., ADOS-2)

  • Evaluation of language and social communication skills

  • Assessment of daily living skills

If your child has not been evaluated recently, we also include the following:

  • A review of your child’s history

  • Assessment of intelligence (e.g., WISC-V)

  • Measures of academic achievement

  • Evaluation of neurocognitive functions (e.g., attention, learning, executive functions)

  • Screening of socioemotional functions

Dr. Roshni Rao will be leading this program.
